Stephanie Hsu Resembles Lana Condor, Mistaken at the Red Carpet

Image
Stephanie Hsu, the Broadway musical “Everything Everywhere All At Once” breakout star, recently admitted in an interview with The New York Times that she was mistaken for Lana Condor at a red carpet event. Hsu accepted the error and pointed out that even her mother thinks she resembles Condor, who is best known for her role in the well-known Netflix film series  To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before . Even though mistaken identities can be embarrassing, Hsu handled it with class and humor. She also acknowledged that similarity between actors and actresses makes mistakes of this nature common in the entertainment industry. “She sent me a picture of Lana Condor a year ago and was like, ‘You look like this woman,'” Hsu stated regarding her mom.  “But after the Lana Condor thing happened, we were at a screening in New York, and a bunch of people kept going up to my publicist and [EEAAO director duo] the Daniels’ publicist, who are both Asian, and they were like, ‘Congratulations, your...

Prince Harry seems to be making headlines with his recent book tour and TV appearances. His memoir, entitled “Spare,” has garnered attention for being candid about his experiences in the royal family and his relationship with his younger brother, Prince William. In his lone American television appearance on 60 Minutes, Harry spoke with Anderson Cooper about a variety of subjects, including the physical altercation with his brother and the arduous process of coming to terms with the death of his mother Princess Diana, which reportedly involved the use of psychedelic drugs. “For a long time, I just refused to accept that she was— she was gone,” the prince stated. “Part of, you know, she would never do this to us, but also part of, maybe this is all part of a plan.”  While many have praised Harry for being honest and open about his experiences, others have criticized him for potentially causing further tension within the royal family. Regardless of the reaction, it’s clear that Harry’...

Cohen and Seacrest Address New Year’s Eve Waving Incident

Andy Cohen and Ryan Seacrest have been rivals for years, with both men hosting popular New Year’s Eve specials on different networks. This year, the rivalry heated up when Seacrest accused Cohen of not waving to him during a broadcast. According to Seacrest, Cohen ignored him while filming the show on New Year’s Eve. But Cohen’s story is different. Cohen defended himself by saying that he simply “didn’t see him” on Wednesday’s episode of Radio Andy. He then asked his CNN co-anchor Anderson Cooper to support him. Cooper affirmed that Cohen was indeed preoccupied during the broadcast and, despite his best efforts, was unable to wave at Seacrest. “[Seacrest] said on the show that you very politely turned around and waved to him and mouthed to him, ‘Have a good show,'” Cohen shared with Cooper on the show. “And that I didn’t turn around.” Cooper, who waved to Seacrest, said it was because he “just happened to turn around” at the right moment to see him. “There were a couple times I loo...
